World Encyclopaedia of The Tank
It is all about tanks, the history, the building, the driving and the destruction.

Even I can understand it, but tanks stil drive me mad, but they look less alike
now I have read this book. Of the 400 pages only the amphibious tanks:
T37 - Sherman DD - T40A - PT76 - Strv 103B - type 63 - BMP-1

There is also a 2 edition (2003)   (scrap me off the sealing)

World War Two Tanks
This book covers in detail the development, production and battlefield use of the tanks from all the country's involved in WWII

Of the 200 pages only some pages are about amphibious tanks.

But very good info on the Sherman DD and the (not Sherman) test DD tanks
The Japanese KA-MI is mentioned and the Russian T 40A.

Do you know amphibious books or translations that I have missed let me know Hans Rosloot
If the ISBN does not lead to a shop that sells a NEW book it is "Antiquarian" to me.
About 20 books, that I know of, to ad. HC = Hard Cover
